On behalf of the NM Department of Finance/Local Government Division (DFA/LGD), it is my pleasure to announce that we will be conducting our annual Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan Training Workshops beginning April 8, 2015 through June 3, 2015. As there are changes to the ICIP database this year, it is highly encouraged that all entities attend a training workshop. The workshops will also include presentations from the DFA/LGD Budget & Finance Bureau, Community Development Bureau, and DFA Capital Outlay Bureau.
