NM DFA – Local Governments Division
The Department of Finance & Administration-Local Government Division (DFA-LGD) in collaboration with the NM Association of Regional Councils (NewMARC) invites you to participate in the 2021 Infrastructure Capital Improvement Plan (ICIP) Virtual Training Series.
The trainings are free to the public and will assist communities and local government officials in understanding and developing their Fiscal Year 2023-2027 ICIP. We are planning several training webinars to include ICIP 101 where you will learn about the importance of submitting an ICIP and entering your project information into the ICIP database, Capital Outlay Process, and Community Development Block Grant Opportunities. Series 2 and 3 in include presentations on Funding Opportunities; Planning and Vetting Projects; Creative Ways to Develop a Cost Estimate for Your Project, plus lots more.
All Counties, Municipalities, Tribal Governments, Special Districts, Senior Citizen Center Facilities, Government Officials, and NM Legislators are encouraged to attend.
Please complete one form per participant to register for the trainings and feel free to pass on to governing body and staff. Meeting access information and calendar invite will be sent after registration is submitted.
